Terms of Service.

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

AS THE ARTIST...
▸ I have the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.
▸ I will keep you updated on your commission upon request.
▸ I have the right to post finished pieces or use them as examples on my socials, but will not post them if requested.
▸ I will take some time to finish your commission, and I ask that you have some patience with me.

YOU, AS THE CLIENT...
▸ May not claim the artwork as your own.
▸ May not use your commission to make a profit. My commissions are for personal use only; icons, wallpapers, prints for own use, etc.
▸ Can NOT use my art for AI or NFTS. If you do, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me.
▸ May post the finished piece on your own socials as long as there is credit or a link back to me.
▸ Must provide clear references and/or directions of what you want me to draw.

Information.

PAYMENT
▸ i take payment only through kofi
▸ all currency in USD
▸i take 50% of the cost after approval of the sketch and the other 50% after the art is finished
▸smaller amounts will be 100% upfront after approval (<$15)

ORDERING & OTHER
▸ order limit is 1 per person; when your commission is finished you may request another by filling the form
▸ i will reach out to you about your commission if it gets accepted via discord
▸ when your commission is finished, i'll send the piece to your preferred email
▸ i will not be accepting commissions with deadlines

REFUNDS
▸ after i receive payment and continue past the sketch, there will be no refunds
▸you will be given back what you paid if i can't continue your commission
▸i don't do chargebacks without proper reason
